Whisky barrel Aged coffee - A fusion of two distinct worlds

This coffee is Colombian Supremo green coffee, aged for 6 months in a Thomsons Manuka Smoke Whisky barrel, then roasted.

Time does its thing, and the organic nature of the green coffee causes the whisky flavours to be drawn out of the wood of the barrel. Infusing deep into the bean.  The coffee has drawn out the beautiful Manuka smoke whisky flavours, while still keeping the rich chocolate and coffee notes

A natural work of art that only time can create. We recommend enjoying this coffee as a cold brew over ice. Since it has had a delicate process of infusing over time

Incredible flavour

I was slightly sceptical when I ordered this, but tried is as a short black and the flavour is amazing. It’s strong and complex with an undoubtable whisky taste and feel. Highly recommend for the coffee lover wanting to try a new coffee experience.

Exactly as advertised!

Amazing cold brew with smoky whiskey, just right, not to much. Love the vanilla syrup which comes with it.
No special equipment here, just but a 3rd of a cup in a mason jar full of water. Brewed for 24 hours in the fridge and served with the vanilla and a touch of milk. Perfect!

Delightfully elevated coffee

The whisky-aged coffee is a real treat, both hot and cold. I used some cold-brew infusion to make a tiramisu in the absense of marsala and the whisky flavour comes through at just the right level to give a nice warmth of booziness without needing to add alcohol to the dessert itself.

Amazing

Love a good coffee or good whiskey. Found this and had to try it. It did not disappoint. It was amazing, loved the taste. Would really love to buy more to share with friends. Hopefully we can buy more soon.
