Whether it’s every week or every month, your favourite beans get roasted fresh and delivered straight to your door.
Need to make changes? You can update your frequency, coffee type, grind, or quantity anytime through your personal subscription portal.

To cancel your subscription, head to your portal and click “Manage Subscriptions.” From there, you’ll be able to pause or cancel with a couple of clicks.

Your subscription is fully flexible — so if you want to switch from Piha to our latest Single Origin, you can do that easily in your portal.
You’ll also be the first to hear about new releases if you have a Subscription — no FOMO here.|
Yes, you can! Our subscription portal lets you easily add one-off items to your upcoming delivery — perfect if you want to try a new release or stock up without changing your usual order.
Sometimes we also send out special Reply YES emails, where you can simply reply with your choice and we’ll handle the rest for you.

We recommend to choose Pluger for French Press, Filter for Hario V60, Chemex, Aeropress or other filter brew methods.
We roast all our coffee in small batches right here in West Auckland — and we only ship what’s freshly roasted. That means your order is packed within days of roasting and delivered while it’s tasting its best.
We roast and ship Monday to Friday.
Most orders are sent within 1–2 working days. You’ll get tracking info the moment it’s on the way.
Yes! Just select Local Pickup at checkout and swing by our Mt Atkinson Coffee Shop. We’ll email you when it’s ready.
