Steps
- Grind 16g's
- Close the Switch.
- 0:00–0:30 — Pour to 235 g total water.
- Hold immersion until 2:30.
- 2:30 — Open the Switch to start draining.
- Immediately after opening: stir 8 times (mid-layer only).
Keep the spoon in the middle of the slurry. - Stop the brew at 3:20–3:30
