This Hot Sauce is made with chilli's grown in the Far North, cold smoked for 48 hours and blended into beautiful smokey goodness. It is by far our favourite ever sauce.
It is not super hot, I would put it at a medium. The smokiness however is all time! Just taking off the lid makes your mouth water.
Not super spicy, but adds an amazing smokiness to foods. Can be used for so many different things, I really like it added to give the smokey flavour to meals without a ridiculous hotness.
Just bought another 2 bottles, cause one didnt last long!
