The Sugar Cane Decaffeination process extracts caffein while leaving most of flavour components. The coffee beans are moistened with water and EA is circulated throughout. After the desired caffeine level is reached, the EA residue on the beans is removed by steaming them.
Beautiful Flavour for a Decaf coffee ,gives a great taste and definitely not missing my Piha coffee as much as I thought I would.
