Bought for a mate’s birthday. He was all about it.

No Response After Receiving an Unsealed Coffee Bag

I ordered three different types of whole beans, but one of the bags was not properly sealed and some of the beans had spilled out during delivery.

Because the seal was compromised, I was concerned about the freshness and quality of that coffee. I emailed the company with photos attached and politely requested a refund or replacement.

It has now been five days, and I have not received any response.

I had high expectations for both the coffee and the customer service, so this experience has been disappointing.

Faulty packaging

Hi, I've tried reaching out twice via email but I haven't heard back. It smells amazing, and I'm sure it will be delicious but one of the blends, of which i was saving to gift for Christmas was partially open at the top and spilling out coffee grinds.
