Yirgacheffe (pronounced yer-guh-cheff) is grown in Southern Ethiopia. Kochere is a smaller geographical area within this region.
Grown at a higher altitude (1800-2100 metres) Kochere coffee has a more intense, rich flavour than lower grown coffee.
Ideal brewed as a Filter coffee, Aeropress or Plunger.
