Our coffee is roasted on site at our flagship cafe 'The Tannery' in New Lynn, Auckland. Customers can watch through roastery window as the beans are roasted on our IR12 Diedrich roaster and then bagged and shipped out.
We work on the philosophy that every origin of coffee is grown in a different climate and so behave dramatically different in the roasting process. Hence all our coffee is roasted as the single origin and then 'post blended' to create the different flavour profiles of our blends.
That also means that if you come into 'The Tannery' you can try the coffee a single origin as an espresso coffee, or purchase some beans to take home and experiment with yourself.
